I want to thank the staff of the Advanced Auto Parts in Ashtabula, Ohio, especially Todd, for…read morehis/their help and consideration. While driving east cross-country from Chicago the warning lights for the transmission fluid started flashing. The owners manual recommended pulling over and letting the car idle for awhile to see if the warning lights would stop flashing. They didn't. We googled auto parts store in hopes of finding getting transmission fluid/additive, advice, etc. and ended up at the store. Next step would be a dealership stop. Todd went out of his way to help us determine what could be the problem, including pulling up YOU TUBE videos with us outside as we tried to figure out how to check the transmission fluid for the make and model of our car (Owners Manual and dealership were not helpful). In the end it turned out to be a problem with the computer and sensors which we were able to resolve and get safely to our destination. I doubt we will be back in Ashtabula, OH, but it was nice to be the recipient of good, old-fashioned honest service from the team there. BK
