Never met an individual here that doesn't make me feel like I deserve the best care when it comes to my health. Thank you TK

Though this business doesn't deal with the general public, they still deal with the public so customer service should still be a top priority. The most reasonable excuse for a frustrated persona is a busy establishment but 1. her demeanor and words she speaks is beyond just being frustrated, it's hateful 2. they were not busy during this experience. I would advice for this establishment to encourager their front desk service to work on a better attitude or people definitely stop coming here. I know 10 people personally who have already stopped and schedule their stuff in Tulsa instead. In fact, if someone is reading this and needs to schedule a class, don't waste your time and let this lady ruin your day, schedule with Tulsa.

I'm so glad I took the time to do it, and Red Cross was definitely the right choice for me. I recruited my sister and sister-in-law to go with me, since they had both mentioned they'd be interested. We took Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid. It was $110, and it took about 4 hours online, which you had to complete before going to the two hour evening class. I grumbled about how long the online portion took, but in the end, I realized I learned a lot from those simulations and I felt very prepared for the classroom portion. Our teacher, Vertina, was just the right mix of helpful and funny, and she really knew her stuff. This is one of those things you hope you'll never need to use, but it still provides a lot of peace of mind. If you do it, I definitely recommend doing it with friends.
