    Bestie matching rings!

Got cutest 14k gold + citrine ring! My friends got matching ones! We loved the service and attention Sharif and the owner provided to us. They were knowledgeable and attentive. They had so much patience with us as we tried multiple things on! Love this store! This was my second time and will come again!

Absolutely love this place . Our 1st stop we always come to when we visit Williams. Joey and Cherif ( sorry if I spelled your name wrong) are the best. Love my pieces we've bought. The stand 100% on everything they sale. Reasonable prices too.

My favorite of the shops we visited while in Williams. Thunder Eagle prides itself on stocking it's store with goods made by tribes from Arizona and New Mexico. Sticking to a predominantly local group of artists allows Thunder Eagle to maintain it's high standards. This shop is one of the smaller shops on the Williams stretch of Rt. 66. This works for Thunder Eagle. Jewlery is small. The majority of items are jewlery. Local silver, gold and cooper are used to makes jewlery. Touquoise, white buffalo, amethyst and other stones are used to accent pieces. Additionally, potery, paintings, knives, geodes, instruments and even fossils are available. These aren't mass production. Many of the collections have cards that give a brief bio of the artists. Pieces are mostly from Hopi and Navajo Nations. Whether you are there to browse, or add to an established collection, customer service is top notch. The man working there made sure to check in with everyone. No pressure. He just wanted to make sure people knew help was available if they had questions or needed help. More than just a shop. Thunder Eagle is part museum. On top of the cards that tell about the artists, there are cards that explain about pieces that are not for sale. While there were many items I would love to own, we decided on a single piece. We purchased a Navajo horse hair pottery bear. The bear is accented with small pieces of turquoise. We fell in love with the uniqueness and detail work of the pottery. We will definitely be returning to Thunder Eagle on our next trip to Williams.

I have been dying to find really incredible silver jewelry made by native Americans. This store is an absolute diamond! The guy working the store was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Prices were reasonable and the craftsmanship of the local natives was impeccable. There was such a wide variety of choices for both men and women. He ships as well!

I was here around early April this year during a family road trip. I wanted to browse to see if they had crystals since I was looking to start a collection. We took a longer time in the shop as I expected. My parents ended up looking and purchasing some jewelry (beautiful necklace and earrings! The man who helped us was very informative and patient (thank you). I forgot to take photos of the labels for my crystals/tumbled stones and it would be great if the business could help me identify them (attached photo).

This store is like a cross between a candy store for adults and a museum of stunning jewelry. There were literally about 5 necklaces that had me drooling. I've never seen a jewelry store with so many beautiful things so artfully displayed. I love the adobe type homes on a hill, with the jeweled night sky that fill up my pendant. This store really has beautiful things in it. And Joey helped me get the exact necklace that was right for me.

Wonderful store. Beautiful jewelry very authentic and this is the place for turquoise. They have a wide variety of stones from various different turquoise mines. I was impressed with the knowledge the sales person had for the pieces I picked out in regards to the stones origin and jewelry make. All Native American made. I recommend making a trip to Williams if you are in AZ.

My husband bought me an engagement ring 5 years ago under the original owner at Raskin's. We had…read moresome issues with the quality of the stone and went back to Raskin's recently, under its new ownership. James, the new owner, resolved our issue with such professionalism and to our full satisfaction. I highly recommend Raskin's to anyone looking for honesty, integrity, and fine jewelry. We are customers for life!

On July 15th my daughter and I went into Raskins to get some work done on a couple rings. My…read morehusband passed away on Monday and I wanted to have his wedding band resized into a thumb ring for me and have our original engagement ring reset as the diamond had fallen out. Upon going into the store we saw many workers in there but no one seemed to care they had a customer, we were finally acknowledged by an older lady with dark hair (I wish I would of got her name) she was very rude from the beginning even with us telling her what and why we needed it done, she said in the very beginning "I don't think we can do that, but I'll ask the jeweler" after going to the back with my rings for what seemed like forever she came back out and rudely told us if he did it you'd be able to tell where he cut it and that to reset my ring it would be over $400 - it wasn't about the price it was about the absolute rudeness we received from her from the minute we walked in. I had lost my husband 2 days before that, it was hard enough going out in public but when she showed no care in the world like we were just ruining her day by being there. We decided they did not deserve our business. We decided to check another nearby jeweler while we were down there. He was the nicest guy, he quoted us a price less than half of what Raskins quoted us and had it done in an hour! It was done perfectly and NO you can not tell where he had to cut it. He even saved the piece he cut out for me! He showed remorse in why we needed it done and actually gave a shit. Sorry Raskin but you have lost my business forever. I do not usually do reviews, as I also have businesses and hate bed reviews but you earned this one. Hire people who care and like their job! Sincerely, A morning family
