I opted to do the full detail and vacuum and it was worth every penny. They managed to get most of the dog hair out (because in my case there's no getting ALL the dog hair out). The staff is friendly and communicates well. Charlie's is my car wash spot.

I purchased the $15. The wash cleaned my car really well with no spot residue. The best part though, was the free vacuum, a mini air compressor gun to get the dust out of the small areas like the air vents. AND they had clean microfiber towels and cleaning spray for the interior of the car! 5 stars

All I had was soap on my car at the end. I had to track someone down cause no one was in the office. We had to go through the car wash again. They apologized for not washing our car the first time and sent us through to get the soap off and rewashed. I hope this isn't a reflection of how this place runs. With so many car washes in Yukon now they will definitely need to do better.
