Let us start with the GM Lindsey, one could describe her as smug with 0 give a damn about doing the right thing when her employees have not performed their jobs. My wife's car was damaged by a piece of equipment inside of the car wash when it got behind a part of her fender that stuck out less than a half of an inch. Upon reviewing the video and asking what each employee's job responsibility that saw my wife's car pull in. It was described to me that the employee that wands the cars down is responsible for spotting major DAMAGE. Two employees, via video evidence, both look at my wife's car and proceeded to let it enter where the bumper was severely damaged. So, after reviewing the video and not getting any kind of real help I called corporate thinking " surely they will have some kind of moral compass!" WRONG!!! Not only did I get " well unfortunately these happen and it's not our fault...." I got conflicting stories on what the employees responsibly are when bringing in a car. Knowingly allowing vehicle to enter your car wash with damage then standing there saying " oh well not our fault" is quite possibly the shadiest thing that a company can do, as well as management not knowing what their employees should be doing. I'd like to think that companies like Charlies will do better in the future but not going to hold my breath. Only thing I can tell people is before you go to Charlies make sure you do a full DOT inspection on your vehicle and protect yourself because they WILL NOT do the right thing, they will only CYA!!

I purchased the $15. The wash cleaned my car really well with no spot residue. The best part though, was the free vacuum, a mini air compressor gun to get the dust out of the small areas like the air vents.
