The staff are usually professional…read more There is poor communication you can't email, if you call you have to leave a message and don't usually receive a call back. It is frustrating and difficult to get refills on medication. It's difficult to contact anyone about an employee that didn't act professional. There's nothing on the site about the correct person to contact about a dispute in diagnosis. Even if the unprofessional employee has been fired, there's no one to contact to question the word of an ex employee. I believe management could find a better solution to the communication barrier. There should be a way to review or comment to Suncoast management but there isn't and this will be frustrating and upsetting. This is a place for those in need of emotional and mental health but yet the inability to properly contact anyone will cause more upset and emotional and mental distress. This should be something addressed by management staff. Also the overload of patients assigned to a therapist makes it difficult to get in to see your assigned therapist if you really are in need. This again is counter proactive for the mental health and well-being of their patient customers.
