Selection in here is immense which is nothing compared to the south side location! I have a son so…read moretypically the clothes selection isn't always the cutest. They are always nicely organized by color and by size which is mom heaven for when you're trying to juggle a baby in your arms or you're most likely on the go... The prices you guys are so great! Needed a new sweater for our fall family photos so got him a Ralph Lauren half zip for $7.50! Compared to the $40 it sells for in stores! The baby toys it seems like they have everything from fake drill tables to baby walkers. While i didn't shop here for toys as we get enough for birthdays i do see what they have and it's a lot. I'm sure the prices are decent also. I've sold here also they take anything within the past couple seasons no stains rips or tears. I never want to know what they give me for my items because it never seems like a lot but it's better to have a spare $30 or so dollars before dropping them off someplace. Also if you need to know where to donate baby or kid items check out infant crisis center - excellent foundation.

Selling clothes is a different story. I came in with lots of questions. Well guess I made someone…read moremad, they didn't want to buy much and these are 0-3 month Carter and Baby Gap onesies, no stains and maybe worn 3x max. They bought none. Short sleeves as well. Long sleeves bought none. I see the clothes on the shelf honey and some that is 10x worse than anything I would even dream of bringing. I have a newborn and these clothes are all gently used. I feel like they all had some stank faces looking at me. I asked if I could watch as they sort thought my stuff make sure ya being honest heck! Nah we don't do that. Yea okay. So I end up coming out with $38 okay fine but like if the requirements are no stains, no worn tags but you don't take dang near brand new items??? Yea I feel like yall being real discriminating to me on that one!!!! The bullring in your nose your shirt look more tore up then anything in my bag, so how can you even be qualified to assess my items? Y'all need to raise the standards here, better customer service be NICE! No need to be rude, we all moms here trying take care of our kids needs!!! GM come do a secret shopper and see what I'm talking about!

It's funny I'm reviewing Gymboree since I'm a mother of a 6 year old and my relationship with…read moreGymboree is even more than my daughter's age! I've moved to OKC last year and my purchase from Gymboree have severely deteriorated because of this branch at Penn Square Mall. All (better to say most) of the employees here are thoroughly rude and not friendly. The most rude is the manager kind of white male from whom I've never received any kind of salesmanship. They don't even know what do they have or not. It had happened to me several times. Today I asked for bigger age range of a jacket, told him I have seen it online, he said that now everything is different. Just because they have 'T' sizes for younger kids do not necessarily mean they have the same kind for older kids. And online might have different stuff. Just upon leaving after finishing my $170 purchase, I saw that very jacket at the front table! When I took it to him to show that they have it, he just denied with a straight face that they were not the same!! I don't know what to say, it was closing time and I wish I could say few more things to him since I've have had this kinda experience with him before

I just experienced the worst customer service ever in my 23 years shopping with Gymboree!! This was…read morePenn Square Mall OKC, OK! I will NEVER be back! This incident is a perfect example of why this company is not what it use to be! This assistant manager was beyond rude to me even told me to quit talking to my 3 foster daughters who I was whispering to!! I told them that customer service is tanking this company in a very quiet whisper. She told me if I said one more thing she will ask me to leave and I won't be buying anything from her. I was shocked about the new policy change that we can not use the same coupon at different stores as long as it's the same day as most of the time I have to get one thing at one store and the match at the other but I was not rude to her just said Wow that surprises me they would change that. Then I got another coupon texted to me by my husband who was at home (2 hours away) and I gave it to her that's when she said she will no longer take a coupon via my phone because she has to be the one to rip it up and throw it away!! This is total BS because these days most people will take a picture of their coupons and keep them in their phones so we don't lose them. Maybe if Gymboree got an app like Kohl's where coupons can be stored it would alleviate this issue! I was about to spend over 700.00 on our foster kids and decided to walk away from it all! That store does not deserve my hard earned money! When I go home to the Chicago area I have the best customer service especially at Orland Square. After this incident today it will be awhile before I will shop back with Gymboree. Managers such as the one at Penn Square need to be retrained on how to treat their customers. She should have minded her own business when I was whispering to my 3 teenage foster daughters using what was going as an example of how not to treat your customers because in the end it is them who keeps you employed!! I have a 500.00 order coming in through an online purchase that you better believe I will be returning to this store as soon as it gets to my house!
