I provided a card to reserve my appointment. I was informed after the service that this type of card was not accepted. Great service sometimes takes a couple tries. The issue is not that mistakes were made but how they were resolved. My appointmant began 90 minutes after the mistaken appointment. I got fluids so I'm happy! Sunia took the time to verify what my comfort and pain points were. I didn't just get a cold bag. I'm cheerful and hydrated! My card was not the right type. No problem. We fixed that right and know for next time. I would definitely use this service again. It took less time than I anticipated.

The website was easy to navigate, and I was contacted quickly to complete a brief medical questionnaire. Within no time, I received a call from Crystal, the nurse practitioner, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She recommended the Immunity IV to address my symptoms. A nurse named Joridy arrived at my home within 30 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and very organized--I was impressed with how quickly and smoothly he got everything started. Every aspect of the experience was prompt, professional, and reassuring. I started feeling better almost immediately, and by the end of the infusion, I felt fully rehydrated and noticeably more energized. I highly recommend The Cure IV to anyone in need of hydration or a vitamin boost. Thank you Joridy, Crystal, and the entire Cure IV team! :)

I told her no, and she proceeded to ask if I was the next person, and I was. She had me sit in my choice of chairs (which wasn't very comfortable to begin with). 30 minutes later, she still has not been able to start my IV, but was able to blow out two veins. She was on/off the phone with her "boss" the whole time and really lacked in any confidence. Meanwhile three other people came in, so she got overwhelmed managing all of us. About 45 minutes after arrival, my IV had finally begun. I was on a tight time frame, so I was unable to finish the bag and she opted to give me the vitamin shot in my arm. She did not tell me about any adverse side effects, she just gave it. It hurt like hell then the pain subsided as I paid and left. Within 5 minutes, my arm was completely immobile and I was in tears. It was extremely swollen (the bandaid pad made a massive indent on my arm), and I lost all grip strength. It remained like this for the next 6 or so hours. When I called, I was told to just ice it and that I was fine when I left. The pain in my arm remained for nearly a week. I will never go back and will never recommend this company. There are so many options in the tri-valley. This place is novice at best. The icing was that I received an email afterwards offering a discount if I left a 5-star review on Yelp. Pretty sure that goes against FTC and Yelp rules.

I came to Tammy because I was having a hard time feeling satisfied after meals and felt overwhelmed…read moreat figuring out an actually healthy path forward to improving my eating habits post stressful life events (and not just listening to folk on Tik Tok). Over the course of our time together, Tammy helped me to shift the way I thought about food, promoting simple but effective steps to take after each phone call together. She listened to my concerns and prior frustrations from working with apps and coaches in the past and never once nudged any boundaries I set down. There was no such thing as a stupid question and Tammy made sure I had all the resources, answers, links, and videos I needed to be successful in forming better habits. I really appreciated that she worked with what was functional and accessible for me--on a budget, without a car, limited freezer space, etc. Instead of reminding me to scoop out my morning bagel like prior coaches have, Tammy asked each call what worked for me, what didn't, and what helped me to feel satisfied at each meal. Then we'd find one thing to improve--adding more color to each meal or adding a "sprinkle" like sunflower seeds or olive oil to help a meal reach its full nutritional potential. I also never felt like I was on my own in anything Tammy suggested I try. Gotta make my own broth this week to cook with? Here are great places to get bones, here is a recipe to do it, here are instructions for your instantpot, etc. Want to start incorporating more fish into my diet? Here are 3 brands for tinned fish, a local catch market for seasonal choices, and recipes. I was able to develop sustainable, long-lasting healthy habits by working with Tammy and I find myself continuing to grow with her guidance even though our sessions together are over. After absolutely refusing to put chia seeds in anything for our 15 weeks together, the other day I ate them willingly because I thought "Tammy said these are good for me and I haven't had them yet." This was the shift I was looking for and I'm so thankful for Tammy's warmth, knowledge, and support. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.

This was my experience with this business…read more First, ALL consultations are on-line. This was post-pandemic FYI ! She does NOT do in-person meetings. Second, you have to download an app to communicate with her Third, be prepared to spend ALOT of time taking pictures of the food you eat Fourth, She is expensive ($1500!) . Has an air-tight policy for getting paid monthly. So don't even think about skipping or changing payment terms. (Please note that I am not saying businesses shouldn't be paid and have clear policies, but tere was something about the focus which was "unsettling" to me.) Fifth, A lot of her advice was also referenced in the book she wrotereplicated (which comes with the $1500 when you sign-up with her!). After I got the book and read it, I then wondered why was I paying $1,500 ? I think you have to sign a contract. SO BE THOUGHTFUL BEFORE SIGNING IT !!!!!! Overall I was uninspired and never warmed to her or the process. In the end, I recommend that anyone selecting this type of service be fully committed. And if any of the points I have raised, resonant with you - think whether the benefits outweigh the price tag for them. BTW: Her book is great. Hence the three stars as it encapulates a lot of solid information.

They upsold me 2 syringes of juvederm and prp under eyes for a whopping $2,000. All of this was such a waste because my face just looks like a round fat pillowy face and when I look at my before pictures I looked so much younger with nice cheek bone structure. The difference is saddening. Five months later and I have now decided it will not settle anymore and look any better and that I've come to reality that this was a big mistake. Do not trust them to enhance your beauty. They will ruin your looks so that they can make an extra buck. I thought I could trust them because of the good reviews but this was clearly not the case.
