I asked her about using the restroom. She said it's closed for cleaning. I didn't think any of it. While looking for the items I came to purchase Michelle came from the back stating I look confused or startled. I brushed it off continuing to look for my items. I grabbed the Lysol bottle and went to ask them was there any bottles that's smaller than the one I had in my hand. That's when I approached the both of them who is discussing how disgusted they are by me being in the store, that's when Isabel make the remark get out. I asked her was that pertaining to me she was startled. I put the Lysol bottle back where I picked it up from, and I did as such. Before I left I requested the store number that's when the manager asks. How can she help me and I requested the store number from her. Also requesting both associates names. I have been a Walgreens member for years after today, I will never step foot in that Walgreens again. Racism hasn't died, just changes it's face!

I want to start by recognizing the excellent service I've consistently received in the photo…read moredepartment. Susana is always patient, kind, and professional. She greets customers with a smile and has been incredibly helpful with my posters, invitations, and photo projects. Her dedication and positive attitude are truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of the shift leads, Dee, was very disappointing. Back in February, I had an issue with some photo prints and simply asked if they could be resent so I could make a correction. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. Her attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.i didn't get the help I needed she walks into the office and rolls out a stroller with a baby in it! (When did Walgreens become a daycare center)and had a smirk on her face While I value the great employees like Susana who go above and beyond, experiences like this reflect poorly on the store. Walgreens should make sure all employees, especially those in leadership roles, treat customers with professionalism and respect.

After they explain this to me I asked them what the prescriptions will cost as a cash pay. They tell me, I tell them to fill them not caring because my son needs them. They tell me they haven't started filling them because the insurance issue and proceed to tell me I have to go to the back of the line or go in. After asking how long it will be I tell them to just fill them and move forward to go park and go in. After waiting they have lost my insurance card telling me it's my fault because they put them in the box (never opening the box for me to take if they actually did) and I drove off and didn't get them. After calling them back they say they viewed the camera and the girl put them in the box, so it's my fault. So someone out in Hopkinsville has my sons insurance card which is a major violation of the HIPAA ACT/Policy. How can it be my fault when they didn't give me the option to get them or even tell me they put them in there? Also the tech and pharmacist were total disrespectful chewing me out and accusing me of their fault. I would not recommend anyone to go here for anything unless you want to be treated like trash for them making mistakes and your personal information exposed to any and everyone. Unfortunately my child will have to wait next time until our pharmacy is open! By the way they weren't entering the correct information which is why it was being rejected!

I was made to feel like a drug addict for coming here to pick up meds a few days too soon, all I had to be told RESPECTFULLY was that it was 3 days too soon and to come back. Like I was not aware that that was a thing. I was spoken to like a complete child, by 2 PEOPLE at that. It took 2 people to repeat the same thing? When all it had to be was "you have to wait 3 more days". The "do you need me to get you a calendar" and laughing saying it doesn't matter that my doctor sent it in or the app said I could pick it up was unnecessary. My husband and I have complained to the "manager" but we all know how that goes. I went to pick my meds up today and Jessica's demeanor was also garbage but I could tell she was "trying" lol. Anyway. As soon as I find a new pharmacy I will not be returning. I'd be embarrassed to work alongside folks like that myself but hey. It is Princeton Kentucky right. ‍
