I want to start by recognizing the excellent service I've consistently received in the photo department. Susana is always patient, kind, and professional. She greets customers with a smile and has been incredibly helpful with my posters, invitations, and photo projects. Her dedication and positive attitude are truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my recent experience with one of the shift leads, Dee, was very disappointing. Back in February, I had an issue with some photo prints and simply asked if they could be resent so I could make a correction. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and rude throughout the interaction. Her attitude made the situation unnecessarily stressful and left me feeling disrespected as a customer.i didn't get the help I needed she walks into the office and rolls out a stroller with a baby in it! (When did Walgreens become a daycare center)and had a smirk on her face While I value the great employees like Susana who go above and beyond, experiences like this reflect poorly on the store. Walgreens should make sure all employees, especially those in leadership roles, treat customers with professionalism and respect. read more

I would leave a zero star if possible. I have never been treated so bad at a pharmacy. After waiting in the drive thur for 30 minutes they tell me my insurance is not going through. After they explain this to me I asked them what the prescriptions will cost as a cash pay. They tell me, I tell them to fill them not caring because my son needs them. They tell me they haven't started filling them because the insurance issue and proceed to tell me I have to go to the back of the line or go in. After asking how long it will be I tell them to just fill them and move forward to go park and go in. After waiting they have lost my insurance card telling me it's my fault because they put them in the box (never opening the box for me to take if they actually did) and I drove off and didn't get them. After calling them back they say they viewed the camera and the girl put them in the box, so it's my fault. So someone out in Hopkinsville has my sons insurance card which is a major violation of the HIPAA ACT/Policy. How can it be my fault when they didn't give me the option to get them or even tell me they put them in there? Also the tech and pharmacist were total disrespectful chewing me out and accusing me of their fault. I would not recommend anyone to go here for anything unless you want to be treated like trash for them making mistakes and your personal information exposed to any and everyone. Unfortunately my child will have to wait next time until our pharmacy is open! By the way they weren't entering the correct information which is why it was being rejected! read more

This is the only Walgreens in Hopkinsville and I have received consistently good service. This store is clean, offers friendly service with a warm greeting and smiles. Today (August 16, 2018) I needed to have an even exchange on a tube of lipstick. Kimberly who is the cosmetician remembered me specifically from my large purchase approximately a week ago. She was extra helpful in making the even exchange. The manager there also was courteous and friendly. Most every time I patronize this retail sales store, I have satisfaction. I am dependant on public transportation and family members to provide my trips there as a senior citizen. I especially like the fact that a portion of vitamin sales help third world country's children receive medical help and vaccines. Walgreens also offers 20 percent off on the first Tuesday of each month for senior citizens on most purchases and reward points. This helps many people on a fixed income, as myself. I went in today to buy a bottle of wine, not realizing that you can't buy it on a Sunday. And as I was getting ready to pay, the manager walked up, snatched the bottle of wine and started walking away while murmuring "can't buy wine on Sunday's!" And something alone the lines of "I can't believe you would even try." She was very rude and humiliated me in front of a full line of people. I would have appreciated maybe a "I'm so sorry ma'am. It's against the law for us to sell this to you on Sunday's." Rather than a shocking and sudden snatch and "can't buy wine on Sunday's!" So rude. read more

Typical Walgreens. Convenience prices but the only place in town or in Clarksville where we found Yokai watch medals in the toy section. Pretty awesome for us that we randomly found them one day and couldn't even find them at toys r us. Anyway great service with Rx and at the regular register. Normal, but not fantastic Walgreens. read more
