My sister-in-law is an expert - master hair designer! She was excited to see so many products available that her local CosmoProf does not carry or sells for higher. How cute to see. It was like a little girl in a candy store! Ha. The best part was that she got everything at a discount with her exclusive card. We love that you can just call ahead to make sure specific items are in stock. They'll get them ready for you to pick up. She and I will definitely be back for more products. For those who do not know, this store is not open to the public. You must be licensed cosmetologist, hair stylist, etc in order to shop at CosmoProf.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and offered assistance as needed. I usually purchase a jar of Sweet Sweat on Amaz. Prime every six months but saw that Vitamin Shoppe had it for $5.00 cheaper. One of my New Year's goals is spend wiser. The store front was bright and organized with a plethora of dietary supplements, nutrition products, essential oils, fat burners, pre-post workout, and energy drinks. Staff immediately greeted me when I walked in, asked if I was looking for anything in particular, and directed me to the Sweet Sweat products. He explained the rewards program that would save me money on future purchases. He was not pushy and that is the main reason I am a new and returning customer.

I was in a couple weeks ago and she was talking to her coworker about how she wants to "get blackout drunk or go to a hotel to get f..." I'm not saying the rest. I was utterly shocked and appalled that she had the nerve to say that out loud. I mean by all means, do what you want but THERE WERE CHILDREN IN THE STORE AND SHE WASNT BEING QUIET ABOUT IT EITHER. I've been in 4 different times and it's always something wild from her. Another time I came in she had a whole line accumulated and was casually talking to the customer she was handling about her wild night at the bar. Cussing every 3 words and not shy about it either. All that While people are waiting to be checked out! I came in yesterday, once again she's loud and basically screaming profanities throughout the whole store! Heard her telling a customer that the yellow hair color she was looking at "will look like she just had a f****ing golden shower" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! A store full of people and kids and this is how you act? How is it that I, a regular customer know everything about her life from my less than 5 minute shopping trip? I can tell her coworkers feel uncomfortable by their faces and the way they try to divert the conversation to something more store- related. I'm sorry but as much as I love this store and how helpful and articulate most of the workers are I can't come back when she's working it's too much for me. Please hiring team, do better when it comes to who you let work for you. I understand a lot of people aren't working/don't want to but hiring just anyone sometimes gets you results like this where people feel uncomfortable and would rather take their business elsewhere.
