When I did pick them up I asked for five stems and it was as though they were talking me out of purchasing that many. They were very concerned that I didn't know how much they would open up and how fragrant they were. The staff was passionate about what they do and judging from the inventory they obviously they know the demographics of their customers. Sadly if you order Lillie's be ready to overpay. For five stems of star gazer and some greens I paid $52. That is ridiculous. I will stick to the floral department at Thrifty market.

Once I realized this I called to inquire about seeing if one of us could get reimbursed seeing as it was one delivery made instead of two. The answer was a hard no. The only explanation I recieved was that these were made as two separate orders and created by two separate florists. Don't get me wrong I completely understand that, but I find it funny you are charging us for two deliveries to a house that was delivered to once. I asked if I personally had placed both orders together would I be charged for two deliveries? The answer was I would be charged for one delivery. I asked what the delivery charge covers? It covers gas and labour. So the man didn't drive any extra nor did he work longer so I'm not sure where that money would be going? Anyways, won't use them again.

She said it is posted in the store & not her fault their phone doesn't work, that they don't list their return policy online & not sure what I expect her to do. I just wanted store credit for an item only costing $18, they would be getting a pricier item back. She refused & I asked her to call the owner & she sd no answer. I will never shop there again. So rude! Who asks for a receipt when receiving a gift? I don't & have never had a problem returning a Xmas gift for store credit B4 in my life. My mom was blown away and she's an artist. It was exactly what she wanted. I myself am an ex floral designer. I was super impressed. I totally recommend them and will use them anytime I need flowers on the Sunshine Coast! Also the lady I spoke to and made the order through was extremely helpful, sweet, and knowledgable. She made me feel a lot better after a frustrating and ridiculous experience with #FTD For the price I paid and the small delivery charge, it looked like I had spent a substantial more than I had. The store was well stocked, clean and had friendly people working. A couple tried helping us when we didn't ask and were good finding what we wanted. They have 2 kiosks near the front with a few souvenir items but no postcards. The cashier tried ringing us up for something the person ahead of us had, and the separation bar was there. They ran after the customer to get it to them, leaving us and the rest of the line waiting for a few minutes. Great that they wanted to help them, but should have called for someone else to do that instead of leaving 10 people in line.
