this thrift store has not been a good experience. My husband told me that jeans would look cute on me and guess who decided to barge in our convo. Steve! I was heartbroken from seeing his face and he was being so rude to my husband. The service was not great the whole place smelt like dust. worst thrifting experience ever! I used to absolutely love visiting this thrift store. the customer service has tanked. I visited today and they were incredibly rude and dismissive. I donated a bunch of stuff, and the man didn't say a word. Then I asked about the price of an unmarked item, and was told " you need to just wait." I am pretty sure the guy was the manager too! I had a complete king bedroom suite and dining table with six chairs - all in excellent condition. I was beyond pleased when I learned that Thrift Superstore would pickup the items, and even more pleased when I realized Thrift Superstore's mission. I love that my donation will help others! I shop here off and on and usually never have a problem .today I came in was waiting in line to pay and my throat got really dry and that makes me cough and when it was my time to pay the cashier treated me like I had some kind of disease.if they that worried then they should wear a mask and gloves because I Don't have to spend my money there. read more

I used to frequent this thrift store on the daily until recently. I'm only giving a 1 star because of customer service. I cannot believe the blatant, outright rude and disrespectful employees (2) that they have working there. There is 1 particular rep who basically is there to collect a check and could care less about helping or assisting, that person is Steve, I have never in my life ever encountered someone with such an ugly spirit. I am a senior on a limited income who used to shop in this store for quite some time, this so called of a man refused to help me bring items to my car, told me he works for the store not for me and he wasn't going to put anything in my car if I didn't have someone to assist him. I was thrown back with his comments, so I said ok, I will pay for the item and have my son to come back in 3 days to pick it up, told me they will only hold it for 24 hours and if I didn't pick it up they would resell it. As I am staring at an item that was on hold for 5 days now but to me it was 24 hours. This man does not deserve to work there because he obviously does not care for his job or his customers. As long as he is employed there, I will not be supporting their mission. read more

I went to donate a lot of merchandise to the store. I wanted to help make a difference. I did not want to give it to Goodwill because they price their price is way too high and I wanted to help a new business. I was approached by a woman when I went to drop off a truckload of household items. She proceeded to pick and choose what she was going to accept as a donation. And asked me where did this come from. I explained that I was cleaning out my garage, and some things may be a little dusty. She made us feel like she did not want her items. This is a "donation center". My husband and I are both very clean people and she made us feel like our merchandise was not wanted. We proceeded to put the donations back into the vehicle and she stated, she did not want us to feel a certain kind of way so she would take the merchandise. I do not recommend anybody donating to this company. Unfortunately, even when you try to do good, people pick and choose what they will except as free. read more
