The receptionist was polite and sympathized with my plight, but could only offer me another appointment a week later. Scheduling errors happen, but this is totally unacceptable. They made a mistake, not me - they try to fix it. No attempts to work me into the afternoon's schedule were made. This error says a lot about the salon, which is a shame, since I had such a good first experience. Thankfully, Blow Inc. on Battleground was able to fit me in. They did an incredible job! Although it looks like a beautiful place, it's not as clean as it could be.
