Although weather was a factor in meeting the original projected timeline and communication was occasionally an issue, the work was professionally completed. The staff were extremely friendly, hardworking, and helpful. There was always an on-site supervisor, and the owner, Darren, oversaw the entire project. I felt comfortable contacting him directly for advice and to resolve any issues. Although the project has been finished for a few months, Darren or his staff have continued to check back to add minor unsolicited touches to enhance the project aesthetics e.g. add mulch in bare locations, provide requested advice e.g. downspout locations, and to provide greatly appreciated help, such as to make sure I can remove the water feature pump for winter. I intend to have them back for future work, including providing maintenance services, in years to come. They have invited me to contact them for followup service. This means a great deal. If you are looking for great customer service and a job completed in a timely manner, this is not the company to choose. I had booked Three Seasons to create a perennial bed for me and some lawn care. It took almost two months to even get one fertilizer application done. I had to call the office on multiple occasions to see if they even remembered that I was waiting for their service. Since I was providing my own perennials to transplant we finally agreed on a date for me to dig them up. Not surprisingly, they once again didn't arrive on the date I was given but five days later. By then some of my plants had died despite my efforts to keep them alive. Not only was there no compensation or even an apology from the owner of the company, he proceeded to blame me. I used Three Seasons for over 2 years, and was happy with their service. But then, this summer I decided to use them to trim my bushes and weed my yard, and they charged me for 33 hours of labor at $60.00 per hour. There is NO WAY that amount of labor was required. A total ripoff. I spoke with the owner Darren, and rather than compromise, he argued with me and refused to compromise on the price. Shame on you Darren. read more
