The initial diagnosis was a Hard Disk Drive failure so they said if it is a hard drive problem they would contact me if they needed to replace the hard drive. The next morning I received a call asking if I needed data backed up and I told them I already had my data backed up prior to the update, and that evening I went and picked up my computer. The old machine works better than it did when it was new! I don't know the name of the tech who worked on it, but it boots up in under 15 seconds, no data was lost when he cloned the old hard drive, and current performance is amazing. Hat's off to the Software Emporium team in Dawson Creek!
