I recently had a problem with my computer as it wouldn't load Windows after doing and update. It was doing a continuous reboot at 64%, so I took it into Software Emporium to see if they could fix it. The initial diagnosis was a Hard Disk Drive failure so they said if it is a hard drive problem they would contact me if they needed to replace the hard drive. The next morning I received a call asking if I needed data backed up and I told them I already had my data backed up prior to the update, and that evening I went and picked up my computer. This store has all things computers, but it also has a great selection of mobile phone accessories, and a vast amount of cords for your sound systems, electronics etc... I suggest you look here first if you need something. The customer service at this store is exemplary, and they know their products incredibly well. My experience I went in to look for a FM transmitter for my iPhone in my car, after I bought a broken one from another store. Software Emporium was large and had many items spread over it's space. It was a bit overwhelming, but in less than a minute of me being in the store I was approached by one of the employees who offered me help. I got what I needed and more. The transmitter was not limited only to iPhone as the one from the last retail outlet was. - Thanks Aaron! Conclusion: The employees were polite, approachable, and knowledgable. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed. While the store was large and hard to find certain items, the employees could help because they knew their way around. I have an old (then top-of-the-line Asus laptop) purchased at Software Emporium in about 2012. Sometime later I added RAM to it, and recently had my failing 1 Terabyte hard drive replaced. The old machine works better than it did when it was new! I don't know the name of the tech who worked on it, but it boots up in under 15 seconds, no data was lost when he cloned the old hard drive, and current performance is amazing.
