Everyone there was a great help in explaining why one tile may be better than another. Did you know they have great quality shower doors 5/8th thick! BTW: they stored my tiles for over a month until my GC was ready for them, and told me not to worry if I needed them to be stored longer. Delivery was great & easy. The tiles came divided in the truck and my workers were assisted by Anthony King my delivery professional whowas incredible & very helpful. I highly recommend them as they were extremely accommodating. I went to 3 other tiles stores before finding them, I found them through the manufacturer of Porcemall tiles who was also helpful.

Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

The project was more complicated than a typical roof replacement because some beams and slats under our carport had rotted, a couple had termite damage, and we'd been dealing with some leaks in that area. Some other roofing companies had told me it was too challenging for them, but O'Neal Jr Roofing handled all of it with great skill, replacing the damaged areas, eliminating the leaks, and making everything solid again. Before the work even began, they took the time to help me decide between metal and dimensional shingles, clearly explained the pros and cons, discussed color and shape options for the metal panels, and patiently answered all of my many questions. They also told me early on about the My Safe Florida Home state grant program, which I hadn't heard of before, and guided me through getting started. We ended up qualifying for the grant, which made the project much more affordable, and I would not have known about it without their help. They handled all the permitting and inspections, kept me informed throughout, and came back promptly to address a few small concerns after the main work was done. The finished roof looks beautiful, the leaks are completely gone, and we're loving the sound of the rain on the new metal roof. I called Charlie and he came out the next day to measure. Then he gave us a price for the 24 X 24 and the 24 X 48. The larger format is more money but we really wanted the larger one. Charlie was sympathetic to our needs and went back to the dealer and installer or somehow was able to shave off a little bit of money so we were able to get the larger ones we really wanted. We went into the store to confirm our choice because they have SOOO many to choose from. I knew I wanted Matte porcelain because the photos my friend showed me of hers were absolutely stunning. My husband and I picked out 3 or 4, then narrowed it down to 2 in the store. We were offered to be able to bring both tiles home but we were pretty sure the one we wanted so we just brought the one. The timing was quicker than they originally told us, but they held on to them for us until we were able to have them done. We stayed in our camper over at John Prince park for them to remove old tiles and install as we have animals and I work from home. They were finished quickly and did a great job!
