I had my first visit to any TailoredSpace location here on a $30 individual desk day pass. It is a…read morerelatively chill business-friendly area. We had emailed their community manager beforehand, who told us to arrive anytime after 9am. The front door unlocks at this time. We walked in and set ourselves up with no issues. The wifi info was on the community manager's desk. Once the community manager arrived, she came over to check in and invoice us. There is a small lounge/kitchen area upon entry, and then a couple of small rows of individual desks. Each desk has 2 outlets and 2 USB plugs. There are small phone booths for people to take calls, meeting rooms and offices in different sizes for 1-7 people. The phone booths are first-come, first-serve, and there are signs requesting a 45-minute time limit to allow shared use, which is very considerate! The kitchen/lounge area is self service and includes complimentary water, soft drinks, and a coffee machine that includes syrup and milk/creamer options. A modest selection of snacks is also available. There are a lot of great coffee and lunch options within walking distance, but the area does feel a bit spread out, so driving may be easier depending on where you're headed. Common areas have low background music, and the space feels polished and professional. Sound does carry if people are talking in the lounge/kitchen/common area, so bring headphones or earplugs if that bothers you. The bathroom was very clean, and lights are motion-sensor activated. Free parking is available on-site, and we had no trouble finding a space. The day pass was very reasonable for the amenities and quality of the space. We had solid wifi, power-equipped desks, access to quiet phone booths, and a comfortable environment to work in. The only inconvenience to note is that the photocopier/printer is for members only.

I would stay clear of this office space. I rented a small space for my corporate remote office…read moreneeds and while the on site staff was nice and the space was sufficient, I was automatically enrolled into a year lease two months after I started my 6 month lease. I never once gave authorization for this and asked to let out of it since I left my job due to medical reasons which left me unable to work. In a time of corporate greed, this company had a chance to do the right thing and let me out of the lease which was now costing me 800.00, instead of the 500.00 I initially signed for. My office space has gone unused and I am still paying monthly for it. Regus is greedy and has no concern for the actual person renting a space from them. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

The actual building is nice. The person working the front desk is nice and pleasant. But they…read morehave no authority whatsoever with Regus. The issue is they never stop pressing for higher rent (already higher than most) to scrape every penny they can from you. You cannot get anyone on the phone either. You are forced to communicate with a call center and they refuse to actually call you. Every written answer is some standard non-answer. But, of course, the moment you put your notice in, they actually call you and want to figure something out. Too late, I already asked four times through your "customer service" system to figure something out. Then, the final straw is they rake you with a $4.50 per sq ft office restoration charge. It doesn't matter if you leave the office in pristine condition, you are getting hammered with that charge. And guess what happens when you ask about it? Yeah, you can't talk to anyone and the customer service system sends you standard non-answers. Yes, it is in the fine print of the contract, but there is no way anybody knows this or reads this. They certainly don't bring it up when you sign up. Sneaky. Sorry, I can't stand doing business with rigid automated systems rather than people. I would steer clear. Way too many other options out there!
