Yes, your phone may ring off-hours but it's not that bad. Any seasoned tech has lived this life. I worked for EDS, GM, and HP in my career. Most on my team are 3 - 5 year vets. So, the turn-over mentioned is likely due to light-weight techs who couldn't take it. I will say that I am humbled by the collective talent on the SD team. Between this title company and my exchange accommodator's negligence and lack of communicatiom, my escrow closing delayed almost 2 weeks. I had the loan agents, seller's agents & my own questioning on why it took so long to get a settlement statement. The seller was very impatient & even started threatening ulterior motives due to the extensive hold up. The seller's agent volunteered to show up physically to their office to find out what the hold up was & they claimed they "weren't aware of the closing date", which is total BS- I had advised 3 times in email threads, check my photos for recipes. They ignored all of my / loan officer's phone calls. We each left several voicemails. Never got 1 call back. They dropped the ball on closing date & made up excuses or simply ignored when questioned several times about the status for days & days. After we finally closed, there were several discrepancies. The title agent did not request a review prior to settling and just went ahead and executed. Additionally, they shorted us on the balance owed back and when I wrote an email questioning the $457.06 difference, once again NO RESPONSE. I would never repeat business in such unprofessional people with their conduct. Do NOT use this title company.

They started passing an e-cig and I asked them to stop smoking, as I thought it was not allowed inside. One of the guys threw a full beer in my face, everyone went nuts about it, and eventually JOE from Trifecta Security showed up and threw them all out. 10 minutes later, I was hit in the back of the head with a large piece of ice. I turn around, and it is the guy who threw the beer in my face and was supposed to be thrown out. I go get JOE from Trifecta Security, who eventually throws him out again. 15 minutes pass and I go to pay my tab. Guess who's at the bar? Same guy who had assaulted me twice & has been thrown out twice. JOE from Trifecta Security is no where to be found, so I ask the door Trifecta Security guy why a guy who has assaulted me twice is let back in a 3rd time. He says he has no idea of anyone being thrown out all night. In the end, I find JOE from Trifecta Security again, and he threatens to throw me out instead of the 3 time violator, and a female Windjammer employee follows me outside to try to fight me. As I was FINALLY leaving, the police outside asked what was wrong and ended up taking the guy who was supposed to be kicked out for questioning. I wrote a review on the Windjammer page and the owner, Bobby Ross, sent me several emails, apologizing, offering gift certificates to make up for it. 12 hours later, when I mention an attorney, he blocks me and removes my review from the Windjammer page, and rescends the gift certificates.
