She treated me w dignity and the upmost respect. Her prices are fair and our conversation was fluid and natural. No awkward silences. I listened to her speak on the phone to potential clients. She was honest and sweet to anyone she spoke too. Never once putting her business before customer service. I opted for a regular manicure and eyebrow waxing. She was gentle w my delicate hands and did a great job at cleaning my cuticles and shaping my short nails. The waxing was painless. And she went with the natural arch of my brows instead of trying to recreated them into something they were not. She uses a green tea hot wax designed for sensitive skin. I will definitely be coming to Le's studio for all my Nail and esthetic needs and I will tell anyone who will listen to give her studio a chance and try her out themselves! It's so bad I can not even flat iron my hair smooth. My experience at hair tech makes me question the schooling required to become a hair dresser. I am honestly starting to believe that everyone who attends hair dressing school passes. I had thought that Chealsea was a nice lady. I thought she had integrity. And I thought that she actually cared about her clients. Boy, was I mislead. First of all Chealsea came highly recommend from my roommate. So she can't be all that bad. But, I asked for one hair cut and got the same hair cut that I had. Only way shorter. I had to go back once to have it fixed the same day that I got it cut. When I went to style my hair the next day, the only thing I could do was cry. All I wanted was a cute bob w an undercut. And what I have is a disgrace. I can't even look in the mirror these days without crying or becoming very very mad and upset. I went in a few days after the original butchering to see if she could fix the mess that was my hair, explained that I haven't been able to wear my bangs down since they were cut, and her replay was "sucks to be you!" Wow. Very professional. My hair has been cut so short there is little a true professional can do to even fix it. All I can do is wait for it to grow out and try again. I am very disappointed with this hair cut and I hope she feels shames in her work and her unprofessional behaviour. (2 stars for the recommendation and the condition her salon was kept)

Pedicure Pros: The massage chair was decent. The pedicure itself was fairly well done. Cons: The same water from clipping to massage was not changed. Yuck! Manicure - The clipping and trimming was ok but the polish was a disaster. I wanted regular polish but I think the prep given must have been for gel nails. The OPI polish seemed gloppy, would not dry, never really did, and the only option was a weak and rather dusty in-desk fan that had no effect. The polish smudged repeatedly even before I left the shop. I showed at least two employees. No resolution. It was like they had moved on and I had become an inconvenience. They were very dismissive. Hours later the polish was still gummy. I tried repeatedly to remove it the next day using nail polish remover but even it didn't work. My husband found a solvent in his workshop which took the top layers off but some kind of glue residue remains and my nails are still a mess. It was obvious there was no point in complaining further. They weren't interested. I'm pissed off and I won't be back.
