She treated me w dignity and the upmost respect. Her prices are fair and our conversation was fluid and natural. No awkward silences. I listened to her speak on the phone to potential clients. She was honest and sweet to anyone she spoke too. Never once putting her business before customer service. I opted for a regular manicure and eyebrow waxing. She was gentle w my delicate hands and did a great job at cleaning my cuticles and shaping my short nails. The waxing was painless. And she went with the natural arch of my brows instead of trying to recreated them into something they were not. She uses a green tea hot wax designed for sensitive skin. I will definitely be coming to Le's studio for all my Nail and esthetic needs and I will tell anyone who will listen to give her studio a chance and try her out themselves! Thank you Le for the wonderful experience.

Have been to this salon 3-4 times…read more The owner is extremely "bossy" re what shoes you can wear once done your pedicure A couple of times went for a mani/pedi, and when proprietor checked nails, thought they didn't need cuticle and nail edging done, just applied coating. When I go for a manicure, I expect this to be done Yesterday was the final straw. Another lecture on the "wrong" shoes , I cannot wear thongs to drive Then when I tried the pedicure water, and found it too hot, was lectured about needing hot water for callous removal It was so hot I asked for cold water to be added. Instead proprietor started splashing my legs with the hot water Felt this situation was not going to improve so left the salon

Hands down. My visit to hair tech resulted in the worst hair cut I've ever had in my life and I've…read morehad some bad hair cuts in my day. The cut is extremely choppy and very uneven. It's so bad I can not even flat iron my hair smooth. My experience at hair tech makes me question the schooling required to become a hair dresser. I am honestly starting to believe that everyone who attends hair dressing school passes. I had thought that Chealsea was a nice lady. I thought she had integrity. And I thought that she actually cared about her clients. Boy, was I mislead. First of all Chealsea came highly recommend from my roommate. So she can't be all that bad. But, I asked for one hair cut and got the same hair cut that I had. Only way shorter. I had to go back once to have it fixed the same day that I got it cut. When I went to style my hair the next day, the only thing I could do was cry. All I wanted was a cute bob w an undercut. And what I have is a disgrace. I can't even look in the mirror these days without crying or becoming very very mad and upset. I went in a few days after the original butchering to see if she could fix the mess that was my hair, explained that I haven't been able to wear my bangs down since they were cut, and her replay was "sucks to be you!" Wow. Very professional. My hair has been cut so short there is little a true professional can do to even fix it. All I can do is wait for it to grow out and try again. I am very disappointed with this hair cut and I hope she feels shames in her work and her unprofessional behaviour. (2 stars for the recommendation and the condition her salon was kept)

As a first-time client visiting from The Mainland, I was in desperate need of some TLC for my feet…read more After checking out their Instagram account and reading reviews about Mr. Ray being gentle, I booked an appointment for a pedicure. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by how clean and inviting the boutique was. Aida greeted me warmly, and Ray welcomed me with a massage chair ready and waiting. I was offered a drink before being led to my seat--such a nice touch! I initially just wanted a basic pedicure to clean up my toes, but when Ray handed me the nail swatches, I couldn't resist choosing a colour. With so many great options, I had a hard time deciding, but Aida, Ray, and the other staff were incredibly helpful in picking the perfect shade. The Deluxe Spa Pedicure included nail shaping, cuticle work, a scrub, a leg massage with hot stones and nail colour. While watching Aida work on another client, I noticed they received a paraffin treatment, so I decided to upgrade to the "Queen" Pedicure. I'm so glad I did--it was absolutely worth it! The service at this nail boutique was exceptional. The staff genuinely cares about their clients, and Ray worked efficiently without compromising quality. He was personable and made the experience so enjoyable--I truly lost track of time during our conversation. I will definitely be returning for my next pedicure. Thank you so much, Mr. Ray!
