I was helping a friend buy a car and had done my research on the internet, when we turned up for the booked test drive the sales person was aggressive towards us and said we were wasting his time asking so many questions. He told us we were 'messers' and he could choose not to sell his car to us and to get off his private property. He was totally wrong, we had brought the money to buy the car, we just wanted to be intelligent customers and know what we were buying. He lost his sale and we bought elsewhere. Attended there sales site today and dealt with the owner Daniel. Have to say I was shocked as I normally buy brand new and always worried about buying used. After talking with Daniel I felt very comfortable and was pointed out what to look for when purchasing a used car. Service history a must, a local owned log book, and warranty entitlements.
