As I was making coffee and almost done, creamer in hand...a blind lady working there approached me and said I would have to pay extra for extra creamer. Since when? Her response was since she has been working there . OK creamer police. When you buy coffee, you are supposed to be able to put however much sugar and creamer in it as you like. How can you tell me how I can drink my coffee without getting an extra charge? Won't be coming back here ever again.

Well, at 5:30am as I was driving SB on I-75 I hit a pot-hole and it blew out my brand new, front driver-side tire!!! I'm lucky I didn't wreck and take out a few cars with me! Anyway, I called roadside assistance and was lucky enough to get Unlock Master. I waited about 1.5 hours for Donald to arrive. He kept in touch with me the whole time and was so helpful & professional!! He made me feel so much better and confident that I would make it home safely. I had another 5 hours to go!!
