Also, they do birthday parties, but they don't have enough slots for demand. My daughter requested her bday party here and even though I called 3 weeks ahead of time, they didn't have any openings that weekend (the weekend after Spring Break was over). Bummer.

Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.

I am extremely disappointed with how my son was treated yesterday by his teacher. I signed my 3…read moreyear old son up a few weeks ago and he loved the class. He's been having a hard time fitting in with the other kids because he was the only boy in the class and he has never been in a class type setting. He's a kid and gets loud when he's excited. Yesterday I watched as he and a few of the girls yelled back and forth at one another "MY TURN". While I understand she has to "correct" them she had no right to do what she did. The teacher was visibilly annoyed by him and went up to my son and grabbed him by the arm and walked him across to the other side. This made me FURIOUS. She sees me watching and completely changes her demeanor. My son was singled out every single class simply for being loud and energetic. There was a girl there that was mean to him and would tell him he couldn't be where she was so my son would get upset and yell stuff like "we're supposed to take turns" or "it's my turn"... and it never failed. Instead of asking what happened or what's wrong she (the teacher) scolded him. He's only three years old, he doesn't know how to regulate his emotions. My son loved his classes and looked forward to them every week, but I will not be taking him back after what I saw. I refuse to pay another cent just for them to treat him poorly. I emailed yesterday about this incident and I still have not heard back. Other reasons why we decided to cancel: - They are not very flexible. If kid gets sick less than 24 hours before your class they won't let you make up the class. Which sucks because kids don't get sick on a schedule and we can't know 24 hours before to be able to plan accordingly. - There is only one teacher, so she can't really focus on each kid enough for them to retain much. - Not much communication from the people working there as far as their policies and stuff like that. - place is also dealing with a roach issue. We've seen roaches in the restroom the past few visits.

They are an award winning team as noted by all their trophies and banners, they accept cash for open Gym which they have open Gym on Friday and Saturday it's just $10 per session. They also offer tumble classes which I wish my kid would have signed up for instead of the 1:1 private lessons at another Gym, I think the classes would have been more beneficial and pushed her more but that ship has sailed it doesn't have to be the same for you so check out their website and see all the lessons offered in addition to their awesome award winning competitive teams. I love supporting small local businesses and I love it even more when they actually show how much they care and appreciate the support. Texas Rockstars has the right name the staff are Rockstars who are always nice to the parents and kids who visit their gym.
