A relatively minor for some, but a major complication to my scheduled Saturday - I discovered that…read moreI had a completely flat tire. I had picked up a screw right in the center of my tire and overnight it pancaked to a stunning flat! A quick tire change to the "doughnut" and a google search for tire repair resulted into a call to Jon's Service Center. My call to them resulted in: A professional and reassuring phone conversation on the safety of repairing a nail/ screw. A further responsive "come on down and we will fix it." I have never used this service center but there was a large number of positive reviews, so I decided to choose them. WHAT A GREAT DECISION THAT WAS!! I arrived and received prompt service, the guys were so nice and professional, they made me feel very comfortable. It was amazingly fast for a "'walk in" and I had one more surprise in store from this outstanding company - a no charge. Yes, they fixed the tire and returned my car to its righteous state with a new customer no charge. Yes, you bet I will be bringing my car to them for service going forward, this is the service that we all look for when seeking quality and I think I have found that five star place! Thank You, Robin Brethwaite

My '97 Ford Crown Victoria lx, (Buttercup), went in via tow truck. Thought might not be able to…read morefix. Money tight. Levi, put up with my long frequent phone calls, politely (with a good understanding attitude), answered all my questions. When he didn't Daryl, did the same. I told them in the beginning when they said they would probably(unless part needed ordering), be able to get Buttercup in & out the same day-to-day - to take their time. I use oxygen, my friends paid for half my bill, I was allowed to take some of their pens, I will be going back to get cards to pass out to everyone I can. Buttercup is acting like she just blossomed!!! LADIES, YOU CAN TRUST LEVI NOT TO RIP YOU OFF!!! Plus he guarantees his work, & due to my health, when I asked if I can drop in for fluid & air in my tire ck, Levi, was polite enough to say yes. When I got into my vehichle, Daryl, moved my walker, in the trunk into the backseat for me, and he is just a sweetheart. Both are young, married and any issues, I will post. None expected. By the way, judging by the parking lot and the individuals behind me, looks like others already knew they're wonderful. I found out about them at a Wal-Mart has pump! One issue: it says office on door facing 271, it should have an arrow instead because the office is the door before the bays, and ladies can't sit down even though there are chairs, because your clothes will get dirty. But it didn't bother me- just being honest. This is an honest review . Laurie Jacobs, Ft Smith Arkansas,479-434-6107. I am adding their phone off their pen because when I checked review it said my name in California! I hope help didn't put her photo up because I don't post mine.
