She was very friendly and helpful, however, and I'm confident upon my return that we'll find it. It's a beautiful place and was busy on a Saturday in November. The area surrounding it isn't very nice - it's industrial and near the train, but there is little traffic and it's centrally located and in the city. Lots of mature trees inside and the pond in the middle is lovely. They're adding a new building and the memorial garden is pretty.

Back in 2014, I began the difficult process of making pre-need arrangements for my grandmother. I was working closely with Rita Jordan, who is truly the epitome of a professional. From our very first meeting, she demonstrated the highest levels of care, concern, and empathy. She was patient, informative, and incredibly compassionate as we discussed plans that no family ever really wants to have to make. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed just weeks later. What had been pre-planning quickly turned into immediate need. During that tragic and emotional time, Rita was with me every step of the way. She made sure everything was handled with dignity and respect, and she provided steady guidance when I needed it most. Her presence alone brought a sense of calm during such a painful experience. I also deeply respect Mr. Pye III as the owner. It says a lot about a business when the owner is a present and active face of the company. I've personally seen him attend services, which shows his commitment and hands-on dedication. That level of involvement speaks volumes about the values of the organization. The staff was very unprofessional and I was very displeased with the services. The inside of the…read morebuilding was extremely warm and poor lighting in the building. The family car was supposed to arrive at 10:45 am, the family hour started at 11am. The driver arrived at 11:20 am, the pickup location was less than 6 blocks from the establishment. The staff was not accomdating towards the family. Due to the pandemic, only 25 guest were allowed to sit in the service. When asked about live streaming the service, I was told by a female staff "That system is down". Family and friends were unable to hear the service or get closure to say final goodbye's. The female staff became upset, due to guests wanting to view my deceased family member before the service was over, she decided to "shut the service down", and close the casket.
