Numerous amounts of calling, and leaving messages with the nurses as well as front desk personnel, and still no response. I tried calling the on call Dr. tonight just to get a response from someone. First attempt was at 7:21 PM, It's 8:17, and still no response. I would never refer anyone to this clinic. It's been such a headache.

Since she retired, though, it's been really frustrating. Now I can only get appointments with a physician assistant. I recently tried to move my Friday appointment in May to something sooner, but no one answered the phone and my voicemail wasn't returned. I called again today, left another message, and finally got a callback. When I asked to see a doctor instead of the PA, I was told I have to see the PA first before I can even get scheduled with a doctor. I was also told the PA is only in the office Monday through Wednesday. Then when I asked how I somehow have a Friday appointment in May, I found out it's actually at the Franklin office--which no one mentioned when it was booked. On top of that, the online scheduling tool only shows PAs, not doctors, and the one I'm scheduled with doesn't even publish her schedule online in the booking tool. At this point, I'll be finding a different urologist. I just want to be able to schedule with a doctor without jumping through hoops or wasting extra time and money.

I was under the impression they were gonna call and let me know. Not only that, but they were supposed to send for a 24 hour collection for me and when I called to follow up about it since I hadn't received the container, they referred me to call the LabCorp place to check on the status. When I called LabCorp, they said they didn't even have the referral or the order sent to them. Now I have to follow back up with Female Urology a third time when they didn't do their job in the first place. I have come to the conclusion that based on conversations, the staff just want to get off the phone with you. Hardly a way to run a business.

He told me that most people must go to therapy at least four months. The last time I went to see the surgeon, he said he was impressed with the progression & happy with results. He credited Results. He was so impressed he said I could stop going to therapy whenever I felt comfortable doing therapy at home. I don't have to go back to the surgeon for 3 months. My last therapy appointment was last Thursday. Friday was only 10 weeks post surgery. If I run into any difficulties Dr. Price has sent in orders s I can have more therapy. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. They get 5 stars in my book any day!

When we sought a referral to another healthcare provider, her staff's rudeness was disheartening. They informed us that no referrals were available. Considering the doctor-patient relationship, I had hoped for more consideration and care during this transition.
