Yes this is the only one in town, it is a bit old fashion when it comes to the machines and the staff. But you know what, it's a nice old fashion environment, the staff has been friendly my entire life, and it's a place you can chill and watch a little tv/play their pair of arcade machines/ask to use their wifi if you're a customer (lived in Thomasville my whole life btw). Say what you must about the staff or the machines being rude or broken respectively, but anything and everything has an off/bad day, we all do. Bottom line, if you need a chill place to do your laundry, come here. Otherwise, if you're a high maintenance customer that demands a higher quality place, then go to Tallahassee lol

No one else in town would even consider taking the time to try and get the stains out for me before Monday. Service Cleaners took one look and immediately got to work on it! They had it ready for me less than an hour later and saved me from having to buy a new shirt for the wedding. They were wonderful people to do business with and hands down the best in Thomasville! Such a great family run business with excellent customer service.

And the owner didn't even have the courtesy to come out and talk to me about it, he sent this little teenage girl out to talk to me. He said if I leave it he will try to get it out, I left it for almost a week and the collar looks like he didn't even touch it. I ask him to call me when it was done to let me know if he got it out or what he was going to do to fix it, and he never called me. When I went to pick it up he wasn't even there. One of his former employees told me that he lies to people all the time. They have cleaned this dress before with no problem. I've only worn it 2 maybe 3 times, so it's basically still new. Needless to say I won't be using them again ever. I've been using them since they opened and have spent a lot of money there. Never Again
