This office has, by far, the most pleasant and warm culture and climate than any doctor's office I've visited. Everyone I encountered, from start to finish, was approachable and accommodating. I had high hopes for treating the varicose vein in my leg that has been there for 18 years. I had…read morealways assumed it was cosmetic but I went in for a consultation with Dr Wright's assistant and she did some testing and said insurance would cover the treatment because it was a failed vein. I had several appointments and at two of them I received treatment on the vein. When I went for the second follow up appointment, I pointed out to the assistant that the vein was way more swollen and I have new spider vein and a new varicose vein above the area they had treated. Dr. Wright examined the area and said the treatment was "medically complete." I was bewildered and he just kept repeating that. I asked how that could be, since it looks so much worse than when I started. Then I realized - he was saying this was all insurance would cover. I asked how much it would cost me to have it actually look better, and he said it would take at least three more treatments and possibly more, impossible to tell - $400/each or three for $1000. AT NO POINT before this had anyone said a word that insurance would cover the closure of the vein but not the appearance. It is entirely possible that it was in fine print of something I signed since they have the patient sign the waiver after getting disowned and while sitting on the treatment bed. Totally untrustworthy. If I could do it over I'd go to a medical office not a cosmetic office. Don't waste your time & money here.

Recovery has included a lot of edema and numbness but it's not apparent from my appearance and fully expected based on written and verbally communicated information from the doctor's office. A key part of Dr. Sarhaddi's team is Emily Stenger, her wonderful medical assistant. Both before and after the surgery, Emily has been terrific in responding very promptly to dozens of questions about what to expect both beforehand and questions I've had since the surgery while recovering. Cindy Blanner, the Patient Care Coordinator, has also been great in handling all questions about costs as well as providing and explaining the paperwork required. Everyone is very personable as well. He also told me multiple times that it's impossible to have perky breasts without implants and said he would not perform a lift. His tone felt condescending, and I left feeling judged for choosing explant. I rarely write reviews, but I wish I had known his views ahead of time -- I would not have paid for this consult.
