They continued to insist that I needed 9 fillings done immediately. By this point, I knew I was being lied to. While trying to leave the office, the woman at the front desk was extremely pushy about getting me to sign the forms for all the fillings I "needed." I finally just walked out. After this ordeal, I decided to go see my dentist of 26 years in my hometown. I am from a small town in Arkansas where the reputation of a business is everything. I knew my dentist there would be honest. After going in for a thorough cleaning, x rays, and an exam from my dentist, I was informed that I have ZERO cavities. My dentist even did more x rays than normal just to double check. No dental work is needed at all. All my teeth are in perfect shape. If you get nothing else from this review - GET A SECOND OPINION!!!! Clearly Dental Depot is looking for any excuse to drill into people's healthy teeth to make a profit.

The dentist I found that had good reviews didn't accept our insurance. Things got desperate when my wife broke her dentures. We happened to be in Owasso when this happened. The first place I came across was Aspen Dental. We stopped and walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We explained The situation with the broken dentures. She took them to the lab tech. Who said they can be repaired that same day. The sad part of this story is they do not accept our insurance. I left the dentures for repairs and left to wait for Aspen to call Informing me that the dentures were ready. I expected them to take a couple of hours to make the repairs. However I got the call in about thirty minutes. The denture repairs were great. I can't say anything about their dental work. All I can say is our experience with dentures repairs without an appointment was five star.

I decided to wait to have the work at another time. Through the process, Dental Care of Sapulpa no longer takes Careington. I am disappointed that they didn't take the discounts any longer, BUT IT STILL SAYS ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY DO. I started my journey in September of 2025. Worst journey of dental care in my life. Starated with…read morethe dentist trying to fix my tooth, then went to a crown. Extreme post temporary crown due to cement being left in my gums. Numerous days of time away from work and constant post pain. The dentist then had to open my gums to scrape cement. A few weeks later i woke up at 2 in the morning experiencing major pain. Went in and they had to do an emergency extraction, then recommended a bridge. Upon returning for the prep work and temporary bridge, the dentist performed very poor prep work. They caused extensive pain during the prep work and I had to beg them to stop. This is while I was under heavy numbing. The next day the temporary bridge came off. They put it back on. In the next week I started experiencing major discomfort and had to see another dentist in the same office. He spent almost 2 hours attempting to fix the poor dental work from the previous dentist in his office. The irony is the original dentist was no longer there. Very hush hush when asked why. The senior dentist then had to build a new temporary bridge and re-order a new bridge. This extended my care by weeks. I had to return 3 different times to have the bridge adjusted. After the final adjusTrent in March 2026 ( yes 6 months after first visit fo same on going issues, I received a letter from the office manager stating I was no longer welcome there. i ind it very ironic that they refunded all monies to my insurance company and stated they refunded my full copayment from September to my card. As of March 25 I haven't received the refund (over a month later). I called the office manager and he stated the did!! She told me that it was put back on my card, it wasn't. Upon further research, they refunded my wife's credit card. I told the office manager this was not acceptable and she hung up on me. my new bridge is showing signs of deterioration, so I called the office on Marich 27, 2026 and shocking, they did not answer. The call went to the call center where I was told I could not make an appointment, but someone would call me back. I wont receive a call.i tried explaining several times that I was told they hold the warranty on my new bridge and I don't know what to do if they wont fix it. So answer me this? Why would a dental care office refund all monies to an insurance company and a refund for copayment if they knew they performed proper dental care. As i read online reviews, it appears that I'm in a long line of customers that are very disatified and denied follow up care, I agree with many of the reviews that the dentist is very unprofessional as well as the staff. I'm have filled a complaint with the company that owns Dental Care office Sapulpa and have filed a complaint with the State of Oklahoma Board of Dentistry, I'm considering further leagal action as well. Why should we have to go to another dentist because of denied post care and pay additional money to have their warranties work fixed? I was recently diagnosed with tonsil, tongue and lymph node cancer, and Dr. Jump saw me on very short notice to provide a "clearance letter" so I could proceed with my cancer treatment plan. I also wanted some targeted dental work done on one tooth before starting radiation treatment, but Dr. Jump wisely recommended that I take no action regarding that one tooth. How incredible is that!
