Terrible Service, I called twice before arriving inquiring about getting a new Id because I had lost my old one, they informed me I'd be able to get one same day no issue at a higher cost because they aren't directly affiliated with penndot. When I arrived the staff was very rude and informed me that unless my expired in 6 months, they were unable to print me an ID, and for them to check and see when my ID expired it's an additional $10, an absolute unprofessional and disappointing experience.

I was told I would get a discount 15% because of Costco membership and then told to purchase AAA membership for more savings. I purchased triple A. For more discounts. Not really sure because I still spent over $250. On the membership and the alignment. The alignment is supposed to be to be good for 1 year. Well..... I got in the car and called right away before leaving the lot even and my car is pulling to the right so much. My car never pulled to the right . I only Came in for an alignment because it was recommended for the new tires. I was told i couldn't come back because they were closing in a half hour. The explanation was "it's human" or there is damage to the car ? Damage ? My car wasn't even damaged !? Now I have to come back wait again, leave work early or a Saturday! I am disappointed !!
