I've had so many issues with my insurance that I pay over $600 for and my son's insurance that I pay over $400 for. Their customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I cringe every time I need to call. The most recent issue I had with them is the switched over to a new automatic payment which I set up. And now billing doesn't work. So I've been on hold with them for the last three hours and of course their office closes at five. Whoever the president is of this company and the management team they need to do better. I'm paying so much money a month for health insurance I'm not even receiving the decency for a callback or for someone to answer the phone The president of this company should be truly ashamed of themselves of how they run this company. I'd be absolutely embarrassed if my customer was paying thousands of dollars every month out-of-pocket and they couldn't answer a phone call for them. Do better HMSA!
