It's been very stressful pulling together the amenities that they want within their budget and needs. The Vista Florida team were incredibly successful - finding us the perfect house in a few weeks and setting us up with the service providers to get it upgraded for my mothers disability. Over the years, I have worked with many real estate brokers and have never been as impressed as I have been with Grace and her team. It was a real pleasure.

Within 24 hours we say we never received it and a few days later after she has someone else sign a lease, blames us for never signing the lease. We provided evidence of reaching out to her and never receiving the lease with correct dates, with no response from her. Her integrity is definitely in question. Would not recommend to anyone. Her response is incorrect. As stated, we never received the lease and contacted you about that. We sent the evidence of this as well with no response. Common decency would at least be to admit your fault in this. Wiping my hands clean with this, I'm just here to advise people don't use Sarah as an agent.

My wife and I have built several homes, and this was by far the easiest and least stressful. We have been in numerous homes built by all the "premier builders" in our area and I will unequivocally say that our home has the best finish work of any we have seen, whether it cost $1 million or $7 million to build!! I will stand by that comment. Stanley homes is BONAFIDE. See for yourself.
