Worked here briefly and the experience was pure trash. It…read morefelt like working for a crappy corporation that doesn't care about you. I brought up a health issue and it was ignored and told to basically suck it up. Morale was SUPER low. Most of the employees hate it and are there for a check.. (including me) it's not an ideal environment to be in at all. On top of that, there was ZERO training for this position. I was doing the work of two instructors for very little pay. Getting behind with the curriculum was an issue and when I asked for help and training, it fell on deaf ears. TX no longer requires a license to teach, yet they complain about lack of experience and don't train new instructors. How does that even work? The school is also very restrictive with money and it shows in the school. The outdated and uncomfortable pedicure stations or outdated decor.. seeing clients hold their legs steady during the pedi process was so cringy to watch.. they want to increase enrollment and customer traffic but they're not receptive to changing and investing into the school. I'm currently at Milan and the differences are astonishing! The nail program is cheaper here, yet they get more in their kits.. they have actual pedicure stations. I'm also being paid $4 more here with better benefits. Vogue will continue to have the issues it has today if they don't make changes.. yall want more ppl and more clientele, you have to appeal to others. Milan has a higher enrollment and lower drop rate as well. I attended Vogue as a student and it was bad then.. bad now.. get it together!

Everyone here is extremely friendly and students can look forward to receiving a solid religion based education. The school has been undergoing major changes since my family joined back in 2015. This year (2017) has seen the addition of a lot of clubs including Boy Scouts, Hip Hop dance, Ballet Folklorico, STEM, and Spelling Bee to name a few. No school is without it's problems but over all I enjoy this school and their faculty. I would totally recommend this place to others.
