Well I'm back again and this time as a customer!…read more Let me just first start off by saying that Shawn Phan made the process of getting an insurance quote for my new car about as pain free as could possibly be. I went down to LA to purchase a new vehicle and made arrangements with Shawn to perfectly time getting my policy with my new car. Not only did Shawn activate my policy with perfect timing he also faxed my insurance information 3 times to the dealership and emailed it to several of the dealership employees to ensure that my policy was taken care of, he also stayed at the office an hour after closing to make sure that I didn't leave the dealership without being insured! Shawn thank you so much you saved me nearly $100 by avoiding having to pay for the dealerships temporary 3 day insurance, folks you can not put a price on this type of customer service, and while I'm talking about price did I mention that Allstate gave me the lowest rate and best coverage of literally dozens of companies I got quotes from? If you haven't bothered to get a quote from Allstate do yourself a favor and stop by and pay a visit to David and Shawn, I PROMISE they will take great care of you.

There was very poor communication afterwards with most of her emails referring to what holidays her office would be closed. Let me tell you when you are facing losing your home insurance it is a very stressful time. Two days before my insurance was to expire she sent me an email stating she was ready to give me a quote, by that time I had lost faith in her and had moved on. We had two claims in 2017, and Progressive settled both of them fairly. In January of 2017 the roof coating of our coach was destroyed as I drove through a severe wind storm on I-15 near Cajon Pass in Southern California. They paid something around $10,000 for a new roof at my choice of repair facility. The claim was handled pretty slowly at first as I waited about a week or so for the adjuster to inspect the damage. But after that delay I was pleased by their service. I agreed to wait a month or so for the facility to get to my coach, but they kept it inside and under cover the entire time and that was an important consideration. I wanted it done right and they were the best place for such work. There were other delays at the facility but the job was done very well and I was very pleased with the new roof. We were uninjured, but the coach was totaled due to the extensive front end damage. Progressive paid us the agreed value of the coach in a very timely manner although the accident was entirely the other driver's fault. They then recovered their costs from the other driver's insurance company. We were very pleased with their response after that awful experience. I got my car broken into a couple days ago, and my deductible can't even cover it. This isn't the first time that my car had been vandalized before either. A few years ago, my parked car was struck by a hit and run and with such a long and aggravating process, I was told the lady had no insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for the damage. At this point, they're getting away with so much it's not even funny. On top of paying these scammers for making sure they insure us, we still have to deal with the financial burdens of things that sometimes we didn't even cause to begin with. How they're still open is beyond me. AAA is the way to go

I put a $210 payment down and then went on my way. Three days passed and the representative gave me a call explaining that an accident had been discovered on my record from a year prior. She informed me that I had to pay a $65 fee to keep my insurance. The manager of firm "offered" to split this with me, which sounded rather strange. I decided to call the insurance company to find out more. Rather than being honest, the young lady told me an accident had been found and that was the only reason my insurance was being raised.. she failed to divulge that in reality she entered the completely wrong birthday for my quote (which we both confirmed several times). Not just date, or year.. but all three. My insurance was going to now be a "quoted" amount of $158.00 a month. They demanded that I provide paperwork showing that I was not in the accident (since it wasn't me and they provided the incorrect information for my driving record check). I refused informing them that if they re-run the record the correct information would come up (which did one I went to Gieco). A few days passed and I decided to call back. This time they informed me that my actual insurance would cost $178.00 a month.. much more than originally "quoted." I couldn't easily fit this into my strict budget and explained that I would have to cancel. This is all due to the fact that Fiesta Auto Insurance wouldn't correctly enter my information (lack of competence) and then lied about the mistake (lack of professionalism). I called the manager at another branch and he rudely told me the "down payment" is not refundable and theres nothing I can do for you. Unfortunately for him, I'm going to get my money back.. not if.. but when. Don't go here. I ended up getting a policy with Gieco for $109.00 a month.. these ghetto insurance places are not cheaper.. btw, the actual insurance company informed me that of the 280 I spent.. only 150 of it actually went to the insurance.. meaning Fiesta pocketed 130 from me by being incompetent and unprofessional. Go elsewhere.. even Costuless is betterthan this place!
