Thursday in the afternoon I get tired of waiting, so I call him. He says first thing tomorrow morning (Friday) since I am out of his normal service range and he would leave early to be here at around 8AM for me. So I call into work for half a day, 8 AM, no show, no call, no text, no update. Wait until 10:30, still nothing. I try to call, text, no response. I call my warranty place, they call him, he answers and says he is headed that way right now, his service is less than an hour from my house. So I wait until 2:30 PM - still no show. So I call the warranty place again. They can't get ahold of him, so they cancel his service and are going to find me a new contractor. Not even 20 minutes after that, he calls me for the first time himself (every other time I had to call) and asked why I canceled. I had to miss an entire days work, and going on over an entire week without AC. 3 different days he said he would be here. Every day, no call, no show. Never even a sorry or apologies. It takes 30 seconds to send a text or call and say something came up just running behind. I am a union trade worker, and this makes us all look incompetent, unprofessional, and unreliable. I would stay well away.

He was awesome as the…read morehouse we bought had a 30+ yr old monster that he kept working and did service calls same day several times. We recommended him to many different people. Then we were doing a remodel, we called him in to see what we could do about moving a return and supply lines. He gave us a pretty cheap estimate and said call him when the walls were out. We called, he came and cut new holes in the walls for the return and said he would be back on Monday because he needed more supplies. He never answered the phone again. Didn't even tell us that he couldn't do it, just wouldn't respond. After a week with holes in the ceiling to the attic and stuck on the timeline of our reno because nothing could be moved forward until the duct work was moved, our A/C failed and stopped working. We called again and said even if not doing the duct work, please help us. Temps are 105 and no air. No response. We called someone else for a $400 fix and contracted another company for duct work for $3300. Also there was a vent from the furnace with a recalled part and a cracked pipe. It was leaching carbon monoxide into our house when the heat was on. He has seen our 3 little kids, and told us nothing about any of this. Now we are going to have to replace the system. I really trusted Pat and liked him a lot but I feel horribly let down after this.
