Let aware I have met my Out Of Pocket so I do not owe anything at the visit. Once your out of pocket is met you typically do not owe anything especially when it covers 100%. I let the front desk aware of this insurance policy as the front desk kept arguing that there is a copay even though the out of pocket is met. I let aware that's not how that works as I work in the same industry. Front desk stated the doctor stated that was normal practice which is insurance fraud. I do not care about the copay but the matter of the office does not know how insurance works is scary! If you are a patient or looking to be a patient please make sure you check your benefits and credits.

He said that if it didn't heal perfectly that I would have defective vision or possibly even blind. I had a burning pain in my eyes for months. Couldn't stand sunlight for over a year. Luckly my eyes finally healed, but my face was full of pits where she had lasered the little bumps. I looked better before she started. I still have some problem telling some greens from blues. I told her about what happened and she didn't even offer to pay the ophthomologist bill or refund the $400. + that she had charged that my insurance wouldn't pay. I see her at the Tulsa clinic, 2121 E 21st St. I've read reviews having negative issues. I particularly don't understand when people report difficulty in making appointments. Several doctors of this clinic also keep hours in Claremore. But that's only one day a week for them. It is a busy clinic. But as another reported, the doctor has "squeezed" me in when I called with an issue. It isn't uncommon for the parking lot and waiting room to be packed. That's my only negative. I'm a blue eyed blonde and one time sun goddess. I've regularly seen dermatologists as far back as I can remember. Her online profile mentions her interest in surgical dermatology and Botox. I have no experience with her outside of regular check-ins. And to that I'll say she is absolutely the most thorough I've ever experienced. I've found her assistants to not only be amiable but helpful with medications and prescribing. They work for you -- they know who has your meds, how much it costs, what discounts are available, etc. Another positive is their patient portal. Answered in a timely manner and no hesitation in giving you a call. Be sure to have all your insurance cards every time you visit and be prepared for minimal paper work once you're an established patient. Once your appointment is over you'll see the personnel at the front desk who will make your next appointment.
