Not great. Went in there for some CBD oil for my Cat and asked the associate if it was pure CBD oil, he had no clue. Asked him if it was safe for pets, his response was well we sell it so it must be. Asked about carrier oils and solvents, also had no clue. Asked if it was lab tested, he said he thought so. Paid $77 for one small bottle. Did some research on my own and found out it is not lab tested, not even CBD oil-it's hemp oil. And it's on amazon for $30. So $77 down the drain. Didn't even get a receipt and I tipped the associate as well. Not a great experience. Won't be going back unless it's for a return read more

I went in here to buy CBC oil with my family . The girl was very helpful and nice . My young daughter paid 77 dollars for the oil. We gave it to our dog and it had no effect on him at all after waiting a few hours . I looked up the product to see reviews on it to see how it worked for other dogs only to discover that the price online was 30 dollars. That upset me because my daughter in college and works hard for her money . I went back to the store and talked to the girl. I said I know it's not your fault but can I talk to your manager about the upcharge of this product we bought. She said there was no manager there . She said she was sorry but gave me a card to contact them . When I called I explained that I was shocked to find that they had up charged their price 110 percent. She immediately became rude and said how could I have the audacity to call her about this . And that it costs a lot of money to have a water front store . No customer service whatsoever . While I was on the phone with her I waked over to the store. The woman on the phone said she didn't want me in her store and that she would give me a refund. When I went to the counter to say I had the manager on the line the young girl immediately got nasty and said she wasn't going me refund and asked me to leave the store . When I said but I have the manger on the line and she said I could have a refund . She said I'm not giving you a refund and she said " that's my mom on the phone' . Then she threatened to call the police. I went outside her store and then just left because I was so upset. I saw the cops pulling up and I flagged him down and told him what happened. He then went to to store to talk to the girl who told him that I tried to take money out of their cash register. This whole situation got out of hand but for her to say that to the police is DISGUSTING! This is how innocent people get arrested or worse when people lie . I'm pretty sure that it is illegal for a minor to be working alone in a Cbd store . I am Grateful that God is always on my side! The police officer was very professional and understanding. She could've changed my life and my 3 children's life with this lie if the officer had believed it . God have mercy on them. read more

Over priced and just annoying to be honest. 90 bucks for a dog cbd? I could of got online for 50! The girl seem mad if you bring up any of your own info. Must be commisson in there somewhere.
