Follow up emails on setting up autopay and paperless discounts on my AmFam account. Super responsive to emails. Always available when I called during business hours. After almost a full year with AmFam I shopped around and saw that I could save some money on my auto insurance. I did not renew with AmFam and tried getting cheaper insurance. Huge mistake. GEICO tried pushing me on less coverage (NOPE) and another tried telling me there were multiple theft claims from my address (apartment building) stretching back 5 years despite me living in the building for only one year....wanted me to prove the claims weren't from my policy despite my Feb 2019 policy being the first renters policy I have EVER had.
