My kid loves this place and actually wanted to have his bday here but unfortunately that cant happen. With that being said the person who helped us out (Jayden? my bad if youre reading this and i butchered your name) but regardless he provided great customer service. Normally thered be disgruntled employees running around especially after hearing news like that, but this dude went above and beyond to provide excellent service. There is also a resident pool membership if your specific housing does not have a pool. The fee is an annual rate of $50.00 for head of household and $15.00 for each additional household member who is 7 years and older. There's a pool schedule that allots for open swims, swim clubs and lessons as well as overnight lap swims (it's an additional fee to have access to night swims). In my opinion, this is such a great asset to the growing Ewa plain community. The only downside is that this community center is that it's for all Ewa by Gentry (can't have just one if you're gonna build up the entire west side of Oahu). This is strictly a community center with no recreational equipment (like a gym or workout equipment).

This facility is for kids ages 10-months to 10-years old. Socks are required for both kids and adults. Compared to other indoor playgrounds for kids, this one is on the small side. There's a good variety of play areas and activities that my kids don't get bored with the small space, and I enjoy it because it's easier to monitor them versus the larger playgrounds. They have a room for toddlers with a small ball pit, slide, oversized blocks, and toys. Next to it, there is a small rock-climbing wall with a foam pit below, a merry-go-round, kitchen, market with fresh produce, an ice cream stand, a doctor's office, and a dress up and makeup set. For the larger kiddos, they have a huge jungle-gym with a 3-way slide, mini zip-line, larger ball pit with a wall projection that you can throw balls at animated characters and score points. One of my children's favorite areas is the sand pit. Only, the pit isn't filled with sand, but plastic Nerds-like particles. There's a large climbing dome made of netting and sand toys in this area. Monthly passes are available, so is a small party room, and there's a nursing and changing room for your infants. Wipes are available if you need them. Stamp cards are available and you can earn a stamp for each hour-long visit you purchase. After 10 hour-long visits, you can get a free hour for one child. You usually have to ask for the card and for the stamp, as its given upon request. At the time of your exit, they provide your kiddos with balloons. My kids have gotten to choose from animal, sword, and flower balloons. Overall a great place to bring your kids to move around indoors, and give yourself a breather.

Like they say, always be an arms reach away from your child in the water. There are umbrellaed tables and some benches in the pool area and benches around the Splash area. Be prepared to get misted on depending on which way the breeze is blowing. It's good to see improvements made to Rec 4 for families to enjoy. The women's restroom has two curtained shower stalls. We made the drive to the other location because she had been looking forward to Kids City so much. She can spend HOURS here. I entered the East Foster Village Community Center one evening to attend a birthday party for my uncle. As I walked down the hallway I noticed there's an entrance to the community hall as well as the entrance to the swimming pool. The restrooms are towards the left side of the swimming pool. I walked towards the community hall and noticed the tables plus chairs were setup for the party. The kitchen is located towards the left side of one of the entrances. East Foster Village Community Center has party rates for the swimming pool, the community hall, or a combo rate for the hall and pool. After the birthday party the family members cleared out the community hall by putting away the tables and chairs into the storage area. One of the family members even mopped the floor after the tables and chairs were removed from the hall. The pool area shuts down at 6pm since there are no lights available for the pool area. I do know that the children and teenagers enjoyed both the kiddie pool and the adult pool. 75/100
