After careful research and speaking with people who'd been treated there and elsewhere, I received clear guidance on both pre and post- procedure care. The treatment was painless with no negative side effects.  With about three months, I was walking without a walker or a cane, around 70 percent improvement in my mobility.  I returned to BioHealth Wellness clinic for additional treatment in July 2026 so I can walk for longer periods of time. I experienced no negative effects. The clinic provide helpful travel information and hotel suggestions. The staff both times were p olite, professional and welcoming. Like many I wish such options were available in Canada, but unfortunately they aren't. Overall, I'd recommend this BioHealth Clinic to those seeking safe improvements in their health."

"Just hold on a bit longer. Some people see results later than others, etc". And now I can't even get a call back or a response to email. The worst part is this procedure is not covered by insurance, and is extremely expensive. So, lots of $$$ right out the window. Extremely frustrated. Do not recommend this company at all.

I've been going to see Dr Brett Petty for over 3 years and I can't say enough good things. There have literally been times that I couldn't walk with sciatica so bad, but after one visit I was able to get up. Hey, like I said if you've had sciatica then you know that being able to stand is kinda a big deal. Let's talk cleanliness, cause you know I do the bathroom check. The place is spotless...every single time and not just the restroom, but the entire office. You don't think it's a big deal until you're in a really gross office, so you're welcome. The lobby is adequate in space but to be honest with you I don't think I've ever say for more than 5 minutes before I got to treatment or in to see the dr. Feels like I'm getting the royal treatment every visit. Get the e-stim going on the back, followed by a nice back vibration massage then hop the on the rolling table and finish it off with a session on the water table; don't worry you don't get wet and it's heated. Oh yeah, sometime during all of this you get your office visit and adjustment done as well. I really can't say enough good things about this practice. It's locally owned and operated with two locations...this is yelp and we love this. Great dr's, great staff and fantastic locations within their areas. Oh yes, they take all kinds of insurance so just give them a ring and you'll get set up in a snap. Oh and if you ever wanted to see a 5 star Chiro, then this is it.
