I was planning to start using this business to prepare my taxes, but I have definitely changed my mind!! Whoever the lady was that answered the phone was extremely RUDE and refused to even try to listen to a basic question. She constantly interrupted with a very NASTY attitude. I would have gladly been a loyal client, but not after talking to the lady who answered the phone. If I could give negative "stars," I would rate their "customer service" at --5!!!! Would not recommend this business to anyone!! Apparently, calling them with any questions you might have isn't acceptable/allowed. A simple "I don't know," "I can't answer that question," etc. would have sufficed. I will take my business elsewhere. I was able to get the information I needed from H&R Block. All I wanted/needed was a simple question answered and this lady literally went off. That's not the way you talk to people regardless of whether or not they're an existing client, etc. I don't normally give reviews. Matter of fact, this is the first review I've ever given. A real family business. Tommy and his son Tom know taxes. The best part is the price. They charge half of what they should. Great deal.
