All of the photos came with watermarks, and there was no mention of this upfront. When I contacted them, I was told it would cost an additional $450 to receive the unwatermarked versions. This was frustrating--not just because of the unexpected cost, but also because many MLS platforms don't accept images with watermarks at all. That should have been clearly communicated from the start. For a service marketed to real estate professionals, I expected better transparency and alignment with industry standards. Overall, a frustrating experience.

I was surprised when she told me I couldn't use the photos with any other virtual staging company, as I never ran into that issue before, didn't see that stated anywhere and was never asked to sign anything agreeing to that, but her price was fair, she had great reviews and her examples of staging were good. Well, pics came out better than I imagined. I asked for a couple of changes and they were done immediately which was very important to me. I definitely recommend her.

The ceremony was small and low key with no bridal party/groomsmen. We just mainly wanted group photos with different family members and friends post ceremony, in addition to pictures during the ceremony. Matt was responsive and always easy to get in touch with, not to mention a really kind and nice person. Since this was the second time around, we did not want to do any artsy couples photos around the city or any getting ready pictures, and he was very understanding to what are needs were. Matt was amazing to work with! He was easygoing and laid back. I would definitely book him again for another family event or special occasion in the future. I highly recommend working with him! Thank you Matt for being there to capture our special day!

Before our appointment, we received a home-prep checklist, which helped us to de-clutter and stage our home. Yuriy arrived on time and set to work immediately. He was polite, friendly, easy to work with, and his pricing is fair. He photographed each room, and then went through again with his 360/3D camera to create the Matterport virtual tour. Yuriy has the tech expertise & equipment, as well as an eye for lighting and getting great shots. Our photos turned out excellent and the 3D tour was very cool too. The professional photos and tour will really help us to market our home.

They now handle all our real estate listing photography, drone photos and videos, home walk-through tours, and agent introductions. The quality is consistently excellent!! The prices for their packages are more than fairly priced! One thing that really impressed us was their virtual decluttering service add-on for photos. We had a client with a very cluttered walk-in closet, and they made it look completely empty!! They also create floor plans for our listings, which is a huge help since MLS requires room dimensions when you input a Listing. Before teaming up with Luminate Media Chicago, our Instagram reels were pretty much flopping. Thanks to their videography services, we now have stunning reels and YouTube videos that have really boosted our online presence. Scheduling is always easy, and the photographers & videographers are professional, diligent, and friendly. We couldn't be happier with the service we've received. Highly recommend Luminate Media for anyone in need of top-notch real estate photography and videography.

Kurt is super friendly and it's always a pleasure working with him. He is always on time for our shoots and he moves very quickly when he shoots, so the shoots don't last long which enables me to get more done in my day.
