They're only in it for the money and show little interest in the clients. According to my girlfriend, Mr. Espinosa was drinking wine during her first consultation. Then they wrote down her address wrong, so the letter for her meeting with Mr. Espinosa never reached her. Furthermore, the reminder text went to her step mom. She only got ONE call which was at the time of the meeting- a meeting that was scheduled without her knowledge. She paid the lawyer and he scheduled a meeting without her knowledge- at all. To top it off, they're refusing to acknowledge their negligence and are refusing to do their jobs properly. Also, their website is outdated and looks like garbage. No Facebook page either. Do NOT go here for legal help.

We did not have the positive experience that so many others have reported. I think it comes down to…read morethe representative that you get and how the police report finds you. While listening to the local news on TV, I continually hear HHR ads boasting about how effective they are so I just had to open my mouth. "Hurt in the car, call HHR". I am still trying to figure out why. On an early evening in late February my wife was entering an intersection on a country road after coming to a complete stop and looking both ways before proceeding when seemingly from out of nowhere she is hit broadside by a young man driving an older GMC pickup. Both the front doors of her small SUV were caved in. She nearly lost her life. As it was she sustained a fractured sternum, a broken wrist and a swollen knee. The police officer who arrived at the scene could not open the door to her vehicle so he called the fire department for assistance. Meanwhile the officer wrote his report based solely upon input from the driver of the pickup, hence she was found to be at fault. A member of the fire department managed to pry the door to my wife's vehicle open after which she was wisked away to the hospital where she spent the first couple of days in the ICU. While there she began receiving calls, both on her cell and room phone. A mans voice on the other end stated repeatedly "remember, this was your fault". Eventually, her nurse had the calls blocked. I called HHR, who had a an attorney sent to our home. We invited him in to discuss our case. Even though he was becoming convinced that my wife was not at fault, he told us that he was helpless to do anything due to the findings of the police report. He instead referred us to an attorney friend of his who handles court cases. We elected not to enlist his services. In addition to my wife's medical bills, we had to pay a $167 summons. Our check was accompanied by a slip of paper on which we had to either Plead guilty or not guilty. Since we chose the latter, we had to appear in court. When our court date arrived, the judge told us that he was throwing the case out and returning our $167. So in the end, it appears that HHR walked away from a low hanging fruit case rather than stand up and fight for us.
