In November, 2019, Dr. Wyant, and the entire office, moved from the Georgetown Medical Plaza to Marsh Road in Intech Park off of West 71st Street. Dr. Wyant, and group, is now with the Optum Network. Dr. Wyant has been my Primary Care Physicians (PCP) for many, many years and I still highly recommend him. He has absorbed some retiring physicians patients so his wait time has increased but I take that into consideration on my personal calendar and scheduling. He's so worth it since he gives all his patients the necessary time while still being efficient and productive. He truly cares about the health and well being of his patients. The new location sets back off Marsh Road, is a one level building and has ample parking. As you enter through the automatic sliding doors you're directly standing in the lobby. The same smiling faces you knew at the old office greet you as you enter. The charming office waiting room is large, brightly lite and I personally enjoyed the new comfortable chairs. The convenient internal lab was relocated with the office so no need to find a new lab for lab orders from your doctor. The new lab is much larger than the old closet size lab. Just remember this lab is for in-house Optum doctor's orders only. The new location is closer for some and farther for others but honestly only 10-15 minutes from the old office off Georgetown Road. Easy on/off access off 465 onto West 71st Street exit.

I had 2 videos from 4/17/2026 & 4/21/2026 which really showed both doctors how my eyes were not working together. Care was superb, and the office check in was seamless, with the doctor coming in pretty quick. Some of the exams were the same or similar to a regular eye exam, but there were a lot more that clearly defined my eye muscle issues. Her bedside manner is kind, caring, meticulous, thorough and relaxed. She is not pretentious whatsoever. I appreciate a doctor who treats a patient with respect and in a humanizing and humble way. Relating to a patient is very important in the medical field. If it's not empathy, it should certainly be sympathy. My biggest peeve with doctors in the past has been them primarily being very short with their time and attention to my needs and medical concerns. I don't like to be treated like cattle, and certainly not like I am a dime a dozen. I don't get that treatment at all with this practice. You get that feeling of trust and peace of mind when you see Dr. Grant. An extra shout out go to the other office staff that work at the Community Southside Pavillon - from the nurses to the front office reception staff. They are all super friendly and welcoming. It's not an act. They are professional, and they are for real (genuine). A big bonus that this practice offers is that they are open on Saturdays until noon. We were called to the back by a friendly young lady where we filled out forms and answers questions. Then taken for our weight and blood pressure. Next room we talked to the nurse further and filled out more paperwork. Dr Lobo came in and we talked to her about where we were traveling to. Filled out more forms and consent for getting a vaccine produced outside the US. The US vaccine is currently out of production. Signed the forms and and nice young lady came in and gave is our vaccine. She did a very good job. I despise needles and I get very nervous. Only a slight pinch and it was done. We did wait a few minutes just incase we had a reaction but we were good and on our way. Great until the bill comes if insurance doesn't pay.
