I went in for a tooth problem and after taking a full mouth x-ray and exam they told me it was going to cost over $7000 for everything. My significant other went in for a cleaning (which was covered by his insurance) and they presented him a list of other things that they wanted him to sign first and pay. When he asked what's this for, they told him his insurance didn't pay for this. He got up out of the chair and walked out. I should have known it was a bad sign when the staff turned on the TV for me; they thought I might be entertained/distracted by the HGTV show. As I was leaving, the person at the front desk was supposed to scan a document for me, but she started helping another customer.
