The owner is very knowledgeable on the items for sale at his store and is not pushy and is kid friendly even though I always keep close eye on my son in the past at different antique stores I did not feel welcomed and they constantly were telling my son not to touch anything! The only however I have is the older lady behind the counter has horrible customer service and when I came to donate, she was extremely rude and my sister-in-law heard her talk about me behind my back once I left the room. I know others have complained about her customer service. They should have her in the back room going through items rather than out front. There were five of us, ladies in all, and she was so extremely rude that we did not purchase anything there because we couldn't stand to be in her presence.

They had a fair amount of various pet supplies, plus some older furniture outside too. I left with a 100+ year old first printing book (that if nothing else, will look adorable on my shelf with its vining floral cover), a handmade peach doily, a See's candy bar (they sell them as a fundraiser, and boy was I pleased to find the dark chocolate nougat!), plus a couple patty pan squash that one of the sweet employees grew herself and was giving away.
