We decided to throw my daughter a 1st bday party and wanted to go all out with a soft play and I was super excited to book with her. I went on her website and booked the date and she replied quickly. She "confirmed" it but never asked for a deposit or sent me any more information, so after a few days I was skeptical and wanted to make sure it was fully confirmed, so I reached out. She never replied, so I tried the other number on her Instagram bio, never replied. I gave her a few days in between each text because I know she's very busy and I respect that ! But she's actively positing on Instagram and ignoring all messages! Super unprofessional!! I've thrown big parties several times and hired many vendors and NEVER had an issue like this ! At least send a quick message that you will get back to me soon or something but nope nothing ! Thankfully I was able to find so many other professional soft play vendors in my area I also should have looked at her Yelp reviews first because from what im reading, this isn't the first time she's done this !
