The predatory pricing of my storage company (90% increase in 2 years!) angered me so much I started doing research for getting help with cleaning out my garage so I could move my storage items into it. By wanting to pay a good service to help me rather than an out of control storage company month after month after month, I figured I had a good budget to work. Kari was very warm and professional and confident she could help me. After describing my situation and sending photos, she scheduled me promptly. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. My family spent all weekend tiding up so that the maid would have less work to do. I had asked for a basic 4 hour cleaning session. I wanted the kitchen, the floors, and bathrooms. The first maid came and stayed about 40 minutes before saying she had a family emergency and had to go. Her supervisor txted and scheduled for someone else to come in the evening. They arrived washed some dishes and then bailed, telling my oldest daughter "I will be right back i'm just putting away my things"... she never came back... then i receive a txt saying they're canceling my cleaning and i will receive a "refund" (still haven't received it). Saying that my home would need more cleaning? Both maids never left the kitchen never to even remotely asses if i needed more hours (which i offered to pay for) ... All in all i got absolutely zip from this company and am EXTREMELY disappointed. I would AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The cleaners/maids are not committed to the job and would rather be doing whatever else than what they are paid to do.

My house is extremely tidy but I just need a deep clean of those items such as Stove, Fridge, Microwave, Floors, Showers, Dusting, moping all tile, vacuum all carpet. and was told to put together a priority list so I did. I though that's great, because the ladies could focus on those items that need deep cleaning which is more than enough time. The two ladies (Sheila and Erika) showed up on time with great attitudes. I walked them over those items I'd like to be done and let me go about there work. Within 2 hours they were done and had me sign to complete. However I was not satisfied as they only cleaned the outside of the oven and microwave. They didn't vacuum the stairs and the Master Bedroom toilet had blue liquid in the bowl. My tile floors were mopped but not vacuumed or swept. Again, thank you for showing up on time and sending to wonderful ladies. However, perhaps my expectations are too high so I hope to find a service that can help me with a cleaning worth the time and money.

Shanna worked with me for MONTHS on every single room and consulted with me on just about every single thing that I have purchased from big furniture to rugs to pillow covers to shower curtains, to dining curtains, to wall décor, even to plants that would work in my space due to my lack of natural light in some rooms. I found myself sending Shanna excessive photos options at all hours of the day before I would make a purchase and she always helped me figure out exactly what I needed with an eye that I sincerely trust. Besides the decorating, Shanna is simply a jack of all trades when it comes to pulling your home life together.
