Another example is when I first became a new patient, I attended a session that he led in front of other patients and when I mentioned the prior doctor I had been to, he publicly disparaged the doctor in front of everyone. Very unethical. Also, I received a statement from my insurance company showing Dr. Rice filed a claim for services he did not provide.
