It took them over 2 months just to get my website running, and the final quality of both the website and the logo was incredibly low. On top of that, they tacked on an extra charge for the logo design. They failed on all of their promises regarding setting up my social media. To make matters worse, during the launch they put the completely wrong domain name on the website. Because of this error, people could not access my website during an active marketing campaign, costing me valuable business. Instead of working to resolve these issues, they completely took down my website. Their entire focus is on collecting payments rather than customer satisfaction or delivering what was promised. Avoid this service.
