From day one, the staff has been welcoming, professional, and supportive. The therapists are knowledgeable and truly take the time to explain things not just to patients but also to students like me. You can tell they care about getting people better, not just going through the motions. Management runs the clinic really well. Everything is organized, and the environment feels positive and efficient. There's a strong sense of teamwork between everyone, which makes the whole place feel like a family. They handle scheduling and patient flow smoothly, and you always see someone checking in to make sure everything's running right. The patients also bring a great energy to the clinic. Many of them come in with tough injuries, but they stay motivated and seem to really trust the staff. Watching them make progress over time has been one of the most inspiring parts of being here.

I suffered from an L5/S1 disc herniation and dealt with debilitating pain and sciatica- to the point where I could barely walk without extreme pain. I wasn't able to workout at all prior to working with Stefan because of how bad the pain was. Now, I am back to fully working out and feel significantly stronger and healthier than I have ever been. Prior to working with Stefan, I worked with 6 physical therapists who mostly did general pain management but never actually helped me with my recovery. He not only helped me with pain management and my recovery, but he also helped me figure out the root cause of my injury. In my opinion, the best PTs are not the ones that you constantly have to rely on but the ones that teach you about different movements and help you learn more about your body, so that you can be continue to put in the work on your own. When I first came in to Movement Lab a few months ago, I was really struggling with my injury and would have never imagined I could come this far in so little time.
